Who We Are

White Caps Coastal Creamery is owned and operated by Bob Leach, a native and lifelong resident of the greater Point Pleasant community. In addition to being a Special Education Teacher, Bob takes great pride and passion in delivering smiles by serving freshly made frozen treats throughout the Jersey Shore.
